I rather like the poster. The film, as I’ve said before, just never kicks into gear, though the cast does valiant work keeping it afloat. Lawrence, in particular, is quite a find.

    How is the music?

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez did the music with Hans Zimmer. That’s my number one reason to see this movie.

Very good, actually, Chris. It’s interesting to hear Zimmer working in a sparser, more Americana-steeped register.

Cool. Can’t wait to check it out. Hope it comes out on a record though, since Omar Rodriguez-Lopez is one of my favorite musicians and I think Hans Zimmer did a really great job with the Dark Knight score which I’ve been listening to a lot.

Music composed by Omar Rodriguez Lopez & Hans Zimmer
    Additional recording by Lars Stalfors
Additonal Soloists : Lili Hayden & Satnam Ramgotra
    Music editor : Joanie Diener
    Assistant Engineer : Katia Lewin
Score Recorded & Mixed at Remote Control Productions
Music Productions service : Steven Kofsky
Studio Manager For remote control Productions : Czarina Russel
Source music coordinator : Libby Umstead

I’d kill for a look into the process of the two of them working together. (Omar is the composer, producer, director and guitarist of the latin infused progressive-rock visionaries that is The Mars Volta, for anyone who might care)
