I’m still getting a Revolutionary Road vibe from these posters. They’re all-too-obviously trying to conceal the “gay factor”

Well, it’s a big improvement compared to the previous poster. It has a certain retro feel. I like it.
TWC will hide the “gay factor” no matter what, that’s for sure.

At least Colin is front and center in this one, where he belongs. JM is good in this, but it’s Firth’s film, and he’s incredible in it.

I liked the last one better. It had more glamor and seemed a lot gayer. This one looks like the press release for a 1970s television movie.

I liked the first poster better. The trailer however is still horrendous. This is hollywood you’re trying to sell it to, if anything, you should turn the gay up!

Kevin, when I first saw the trailer, I also thought he bore a striking resemblance to Marcello Mastroianni.

Why not put the kiss between Matthew Goode and Colin front and center, instead..
I can’t believe that TF is dictating their shying away from the gay factor.

“Julianstark” , am I missing something? Do you mean that Revolutionary Road has something gay in it or just that the “A Single Man” posters’ design remind you of RR’s posters?
