I found this in a Yahoo! article:
“The overriding question for congressional leaders was what to do next. Congress has been trying to adjourn so that its members can go out and campaign.”
I think if Congress can’t solve this problem (in any fashion, not necessarily through a bail-out) they shouldn’t be out campaigning. Apparently they can’t do their jobs, so what’s the point of keeping them employed? Kind of just shows that these people care more about themselves than America and Americans.
