Chris Guest had the opportunity to make something poignant about the awards season...

...but that was just dreaful, empty and pointless.

As good as it could have been? No.

Flawed? Absolutely.

Too short and with an obvious "missing scene" at the end? Yes.


But that doesn't take away from a fun, well-acted, amusing and truly enjoyable time at the movies that movie-lovers can appreciate even more.

It felt like a bunch of kids getting together for their junior year thesis project in film school...and sucking at it.

It definately could have been more insightful; but that doesn't take away from the fact that I truly enjoyed it.
