'Grand Budapest Hotel' named year's best by Southeastern Film Critics Association

The Southeastern Film Critics Association have added to the year-end discussion, becoming the second group to hand top honors to Wes Anderson’s “Grand Budapest Hotel.” The film won the Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay and Best Ensemble prizes.

Kristen Stewart's 'Camp X-Ray' among films selected for Sundance USA initiative

Nine films from next year’s Sundance fest have been selected for the Sundance Film Festival USA initiative, whereby they’ll be screened to public audiences in nine American cities on January 30. The Kristen Stewart starrer “X-Ray” and Joe Swanberg’s “Happy Christmas” are among the selections.

The 2014 Sundance Film Festival announced a star-filled and intriguing slate of films for its U.S. Dramatic and World Dramatic competition as well as its NEXT program including “Camp X-Ray,” “Dear White People,” “Song One” and “The Skeleton Twins.”
