One of the cooler elements of Adele’s new Bond song is that it incorporates the original “Dr. No” theme that became, of course, the signature Bond melody. But while it’s a nifty nod, it also might have done the song in where Oscar is concerned.

Sam Mendes and his all-star cast met press in London today to announce the commencement of shooting on “Skyfall,” the 23rd James Bond film. More than that they couldn’t really tell us.
